We are overwhelmed by the response from the families in our community and surrounding areas who have requested a space in our dayhomes! Thank you so much for considering Hummingbird Dayhome!

At this moment, we are undergoing a lot of changes within our dayhomes, and our focus is on our current families. It is quite difficult at this moment to respond to all the emails, but we are still keeping all of you in mind!

When you contact us through our website, you will be automatically placed on a waitlist. Once we have a confirmed opening, we will reach you by telephone.

Please include...

1. the age of your child(ren),

2. your requested start date,

3. your preferred location, and

4. the type of care needed (full/part-time, specific days, etc.).

In the meantime, we are working in the background to ensure that more families have access to convenient, quality, and affordable childcare! Stay tuned!

Our Locations

Terrace Heights

Located in the community of Terrace Heights, this licensed dayhome caters to children between the ages of 9 months to 4 years old.

Subsidy is available. 

Forest Heights

This private dayhome is located in Forest Heights just a couple blocks from Forest Heights School! Children can be walked to Forest Heights School or catch the school bus to other schools!

Ages 12 months to Kindergarten!

Idylwylde

Our newest dayhome is licensed and located in Idylwylde! We care for children between the ages of 9 months to 4 years old.
